Sony has revealed a new Vaio BX series notebook in European market, Sony Vaio BX51. It is powered by Intel Santa Rosa platform with Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 2GHz processor. It comes with 15.4-inch X-Black LCD with WXGA 1280×800 resolution. Also features 2GB of RAM, a 120GB / 160GB hard drive, Intel GMA X3100 graphics with 358MB, dual layer DVD burner, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 a/b/g wireless, Bluetooth, 1.3 mega pixel webcam, and a range of ports such as 3 USB 2.0, VGA, Firewire, ExpressCard and a card reader.

The Vaio BX51 comes pre-loaded with Windows XP Pro or Vista Business for about $1,555 and will ship from month end of September.
