OPPO has introduced their slim and sexy Blast portable media player, obviously designed to impress the fashion conscious. From the picture, you can find how this player to have slipped down from its CD case perch. The 6.9mm thick Blast sports a 2.4-inch TFT screen, takes microSD cards, and can play back all the standards, like MP3, WMA, MP4, AVI, XVID, and FLAC, which is all well and good. Even more interesting, the Blast supports FLV video format. The Blast will introduce the DBEE (dynamic bass enhanced engine) and will support Lossless Audio (FLAC and APE) as well as GIF and GIF animation, JPG and BMP. Blast uses Transflash storage. Price and availability not yet known.
