Garmin has introduced the line nuvi series GPS navigation system, Garmin Nuvi 770. At glance, it features bluetooth hands free calling, live traffice information with 3 months of free subscription, maps of the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and Europe, text-to-speech function to pronounce street names. The screen is 4.3-inch WQVGA color TFT with white backlight LCD display, with 480 x 272 pixels resolution. The Nuvi 770 measures 122 x 76 x 20 mm with weight at 190 g only, with built-in solid state memory and SD card expansion slot, gives you option to add more maps onto it, on top of the preloaded maps. This GPS system is also has the built-in MP3 player, audio book player, picture viewer, give you entertainment on the go.

Maplin, a electronics specialist company released its MP3 player with built-in FM Transmitter. It allows you to transmit the audio on the MP3 player to your car via FM. Features with 10 hours maximum continuous play time, 5 hours with FM transmitter function/ maximum continuous play time, Multi-colour OLED display, supports MP3 and WMA music files and ID3 lyrics, 6 EQ presets: normal, rock, pop, classic, jazz and DBB. The directional antenna gives you better transmission of audio via FM. There is also E-book function, and it can be used as a digital voice recorder via a built-in microphone.

Sanyo GPS
Sanyo has just released its two new GPS device, Sanyo NVM-4070 and NVM-4050 “East Street”. The device features a 4-inch touch screen display, Bluetooth connectivity and supports media player for MP3, WMA and WAV audio format. Both come with pre-loaded maps of U.S, Canada and Puerto Rico. The higher-end NVM-4070 will feature Traffic Message Channel support for real-time traffic data as well as support JPEG, MPEG-4 and music streaming through the built-in FM transmitter.
