Fujifilm is going to release a high-end compact digital in Finepix series camera, the Fujifilm Finepix S2000HD. The S2000HD comes with a 10-megapixel CCD sensor with a 15x optical zoom lens. It features HD video recording with 16:9 aspect ratio at 1280×720 resolution, a big of 2.7-inch 230,000-pixel LCD screen. The Finepix S2000HD supports face detection for up to 10 people and hand-shake detection functions.

Fujifilm has introduced its F-series of FinePix F50fd successor with the latest Fujifilm FinePix F60fd. After introducing the high zoom camera, Fujifilm now unveiled its 12-megapixel compact digital camera in Korea market, FinePix F50fd. It comes with the 7th Generation Super CCD with a 3.0x optical zoom, a 2.7-inch wide angle view LCD with 230,000 pixel resolution, support ISO settings of up to ISO 6400. The FinePix F50fd also features Dual Image Stabilization, Face Detection 2.0 Technology with Automatic Red Eye Removal function.

Fujifilm has announced two new Finepix series of digital camera, Finepix S8000fd and Finepix Z100fd. The two cameras both have 8 megapixel (1/2.5-inch CCD) lens. The fixed lens S8000fd is aimed for more advance user, features a Fujinon 18x optical zoom lengs and a high-speed, mechanical CCD-shift stabilization, electri viewfinder or 2.5-inch LCD, VGA video at 30fps, and a continuous shot mode capable of 15 shots per second at a 2 megapixel resolution. The Z100fd model, which is for suitable for novice user, features a 5x optical zoom, IrSimple infrared, and the CCD-shift mechanical image stabilization found in its bulkier cuz.

Fujifilm has upgraded its FinePix line with the IS Pro, a special take on the S5 Pro cameras. It has an enhanced CCD sensor and image processor combine with IR and UV filters to capture images outside of viewable light; to ensure that the intended image is the right one, the live LCD preview now includes a high contrast black-and-white mode while the sensor has a special protective glass filter to guard against dust and damage during cleaning.
