With Acer opt to Ferrari style notebook, NEC has make a turn to op for Nissan car lovers. Teamed up with Nissan, NEC has released a 12.1-inch portable notebook with same red color as the Nissan X-Trail car which currently available in Japan, the NEC LaVie G X-TRAIL notebook. It is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo U7500 ULV processor, with 1024×768 pixel resolution, dual layer DVD burner, and Windows Vista OS. This X-TRAIL series is a limited edition laptop with X-TRAIL logo on the palm rest, and waterproof casing made of same material as car’s seat.

Acer has officially announced the launch of its latest member of Ferrari-branded notebook PC series, Acer Ferrari 1100. The 12.1-inch ultraportable notebook is powered by an AMD Turion 64 X2 processor with running on pre-installed Vista OS (Windows Vista Ultimate, Business, or Home Premium edition). It feature an integrated ATI Radeon X1250 graphics engine, a 250GB of hard drive, a slot-loading DVD burner, and a Dolby-certified surround sound system, a 802.11a/b/g/n WiFI connectivity. It also comes with a carbon fiber chassis along with a biometric fingerprint reader.
