
A Taiwan-based IPC maker Nexcom has unveiled its new tablet PC based on Intel Atom processor with smaller and lighter design, the Nexcom MTC 2100 tablet PC. It features a 8.4-inch Sunlight Readable touch screen, integrated 1.3-megapixel camera, SiRF III GPS module, laser barcode scanner, Infineon TPM 1.2 and fingerprint recognition, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, support 3.5G or WIMAX module. And it runs on Windows Vista operating system.
The MTC 2100 tablet PC will be available in third quarter this year.
