Sony has launched the new HD (high definition) camcoder, Sony HDR-SR5 with built-in 40GB HDD. With this storage capacity, it’s able to record up to 15 hours of high definition quality video.

The camcorder comes with 2.7-inch LCD at 2.1M resolutions and allows users to switch easily between HD and SD. MPEG-PS recording is supported along with other feature such as 37mm lens diameter and 10~14x optical zoom.
