Dell has launched a new series of desktop Mini PC, a low cost Dell EC280 Mini-ITX PC. The PC is powered by Intel Celeron M205 1.2Ghz processor, with SiSM661GX chipset. The system can be load up up to 512MB of RAM, up to 80GB of hard drive, and a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM options. The system is clearly suited for common computing task such as surfing the web, emails, and word processing.

The EC280 measures 4.5 litres, comes with Windows XP Home installed and of course consumes just 65W. The price starts at around $340.
