LG Viewty aka LG-KU990, a high-end cellphone, has been unveiled by LG Electronics. Equipped with a touch-screen and a full-featured 5-megapixel digital camera, the LG Viewty boasts a number of ‘world first’ features never seen before on a mobile handset. Among these is Viewty’s high-speed video recording function which, at 120 frames-per-second (fps), outmatches the speed and performance of even standalone digital cameras.
Combining sensational style with ultimate functionality, the Viewty features a 5-megapixel digital camera with both automatic and manual focus functions, the first of its kind for a camera phone, providing unparalleled flexibilities and perfect pictures everytime for both the photo-enthusiast and casual users alike. When taking photos in poor lighting conditions or while on the move, users can now benefit from ISO800 & SmartLight and one touch Image Stabilizer for bright, steady and clear pictures. There is also on-board photo-editing software extends the digital camera experience by enabling users to instantly view and edit their images after taking pictures.

The LG ‘Viewty’ will be available from Dec 2007 priced at $838.
