With the slogan “Wonder x Free, Wooo“, Hitachi has introduced a new series of magnificent HD and HD-Ready LCD TVs, which features a slim body at only 35mm, the 42-inch Full HD Hitachi UT42-HHV700, the 37-inch Full HD Hitachi UT37-HV700 and the 32-inch HD Ready Hitachi UT32-HV700. While the Full HD models are only available only in black finish, the HD-Ready version is available in Blue, Black, White and Red. Both of the Full HD versions are using a Twice Velocity Panel of 120MHz.

By reducing the thickness, Hitachi has put the TV tuner and other component in an external box, which can also be used to play and record video on iVDR cartridge. Thanks to the HDMI or wireless module, you will have the possibility to plug your external TV tuner in to one or more TVs.

The models will be available early 2008.
