Dell has launched the latest Precision series laptop, Dell Precision m6300. It is powered by Intel Santa Rosa platform, offering a high-end performance with an Intel Core 2 Extreme up to 2.8GHz processor. The Precision m6300 also features a 17-inch LCD display and a 256MB nVidia Quadro FX 1600M graphics engine. Customers can choose between the standard 7200rpm 200GB hard disk or opt-in for Solid State Disk (SSD) instead. The basic configuration itself offers an 1.8GHz Core 2 Duo CPU, an 80GB of hard drive, and a 1 GB of main memory for $2,070.

Dell will start shipping Precision m6300 laptop in by September 2007.
