BenQ has unveiled its latest projector product line targeted to professional business consumer, BenQ SP831. The SP831 projector sports a unique split-screen digital display technology feature, which has the ability to receive two source/input to project two independent visuals with a single attachable lens, thereby allowing two users to do a side by side presentation and even compare their work with the use of one projector. The content of projection can be edited independently and activating the Split-screen function only takes a simple push of one button. The SP831 features a powerful 4000-ANSI LUMENS lamp that ensures an ultra-bright projection irregardless of lighting condition to deliver the best in viewing experience. Powered by DLP Technology by Texas Instruments which ensures crystal clear images with superior quality, the SP831 has a sharp contrast ratio of 2000:1 and a high 1366 X 768 WXGA widescreen aspect ratio native resolution.

The BenQ SP831 is also built with HQV (Hollywood Quality Video) Detail Enhancement Technology which improves details in areas of high contrast and greatly reduces noise and blurring after keystone correction, to give you superior visual experience. Furthermore, it also features Texas Instruments’ BrilliantColor Technology which boosts brightness as well as enlarging the color area. The BrilliantColor Technology also adds three more colors (cyan, yellow and magenta) to produce images with precise color and detail. The independent six color adjustment (RGBCYM) makes color management convenient.

Canon REALiS SX7 projector
Canon has released two multimedia projectors designed for extremely bright rooms and large environments, the Canon REALiS SX7 and Canon REALiS X700. These model comes with more advance feature compare to Canon LDC-3260K: 3000 ANSI DLP projector. The SX7 sports a 1440×1050 pixels resolution, and accepts computer and HD input through a DVI port with HDCP. It also sports three stereo inputs and one output. On the other hand, the X700 sports a 1024×768 pixel resolution, and a 1,000:1 contrast ratio. Both projectors run on LCoS systems, and are capable of producing 4,000 lumens of light. Amazingly, lamps in both projectors last about 3,000 hours under normal use.

Toshiba has launched one of the lightest projectors on the market, Toshiba TDP-PX10U. Tipping the scales at just 2.9 pounds, the 2.6-inch thick projector sports a native 1024×768 resolution with scaling support for HD signals up to 1080i. It also sports a 2,220-lumen light source, and a 2000:1 contrast ratio to boot. Amazingly, the projector can run off a USB drive, and sports a single VGA port and RCA and S-video connections.

NEC has unveiled its new high-end pro-level projector, NEC NP4001. It sports 4500 ANSI lumens and can be used at distances of 2.8 to 283 feet, features a 2300:1 contrast ratio, and equip with company’s BrillianColor processing technology to create better colors. The 1280×768 projector can be controlled remotely with the help of an Ethernet connection.

Toshiba has unleashed a Digital Light Processing (DLP) front projector, the Toshiba TDP-EX20U. This projector sports a 60-inch image that can be projected from as little as three feet away, but a smaller picture is visible from as close as 2-feet. Besides that, the projector sports a nice 2,300 lumens with a 2,000:1 contrast ratio. It has the built-in Ethernet and WiFi connectivity for remotely control or watch over the projector through a local network. It also comes with a USB port for plugging a flash drive.
