The storage capacity is getting bigger and bigger, for flash disk, hard disk and optical disk. In hard disk, the 3.5-inch guy has gone beyond 300GB capacity quite long time ago, yet the 2.5-inch brother is going to chase it. Buffalo’s 2.5-inch HDD series, has grown from 250GB of disk space to 300GB with featuring the TurboUSB mode. The new capacity will be available by the end of next month in Japan, price at ¥38000 (229?).
