Beside the Traffic Assist 7972, Becker has also revealed a new SiRF Star III-based satnav device called Traffic Assist 7928 at IFA 2007 event in Berlin. This GPS navigation system is powered by a 400Mhz processor, 128MB of RAM and built-in RDS/TMC receiver that provides real-time traffic information. Over 37 European countries maps from Navteq are included on a 2GB SD card. It comes with a wide 4.8-inch touchscreen display, including 3D view of famous landmarks in selected locations. Bluetooth connectivity is also available, allows users to utilize their bluetooth-enabled handset in a handsfree mode.
