With the purchase of a qualifying data plan of $59.99 or more with a two-year service agreement, Alltec offered its customer for free Huawei EC360 data card. The card allows laptop users to experience wireless broadband service at download speeds up to 2.4 Mbps, and supports Windows 2000, Windows XP and Vista operating systems.

The Huawei EC360 is also available in Alltel Wireless retail stores with an MSRP of $189.99.
